What are Properties?
Properties are a key feature in qbiqPlan designed exclusively for Property Marketing Users. They help you organize and manage all your projects through the My Properties section, providing a strong foundation for both current and future work.
With properties, you can define spaces and floors within each property, efficiently grouping related projects. This structure keeps everything organized in one place, making navigation simple and enhancing your workflow.
From the Properties section in your qbiqPlan, you can:
Create a New Property to start fresh.
Navigate Existing Properties to access and manage ongoing projects.
Each Property consists of Four key elements:
The Property’s Information: Essential details include the property name, address, image, and more.
Floors: Floor plans and details for your property. Add as many floors as needed.
Spaces: Flexible divisions within the property, including individual floors, sections of floors, or combinations of multiple floors.
For example, you might define spaces as "4—Entire Floor", "4—Suite A", "4—West," or "4 & 5."
Projects: The actual test-fit projects created within a specific Space. In your qbiqPlan you can navigate between the various projects, check their status, and create new projects.
How to create a new Property?
Creating and managing properties begins with submitting the basic information for the specific property, which serves as the ground roots of your projects. The details will feature on the report cover and in the rendering suite.

How to create a new property:
On your qbiqPlan homepage, select Properties from the left menu and click the blue "+ New Property" button.
Fill in the Mandatory Fields:
Property Name: Provide a name for your property.
Property Address: Enter the complete address or a shorter version, e.g., "New York, USA".
Units: Select either Imperial (Square Feet, sqft) or Metric (Square Meters, sqm) based on the local standard. This choice will apply to all projects within the property.
Property Image: While not mandatory, adding an image enhances the cover pages of your reports and helps you distinguish visually between properties in the My Properties section.
Once you're done, tap the Create button at the bottom of your screen.
Note:
Units cannot be changed once floors are created.
If you do not select a Unit, qbiq automatically uses the Imperial (Square Feet) as the default unit measurement.
Note: Property projects are only available as part of the leasing package.
