The Property Info screen is where you provide essential details about a property. These details form the foundation for your project reports and rendering suite. Depending on your user type, this step is tailored to suit your specific workflow:
Property Marketing Users: As you manage various properties and multiple projects within each property, this stage lays the foundation for both your current and future projects. Easily create and organize properties to streamline all your projects within a single property.
Independent Project Users: As you work on standalone projects, you'll access this step after selecting + New Project in your qbiqPlan, naming your project, and choosing one of the Program types: Concept, Detailed, or Rendering Suite
The Property Info has four components focusing on defining the name location:
Property Name: This is a mandatory field. You must enter a suitable title for your property here.
Property Address: This is a mandatory field as it plays a vital role in shaping the project's report cover and the immersive virtual tour.
Units: This field refers to the floor plan’s measurement system. Choose Imperial in Square Feet (sqft) or Metric in Square Meters (sqm), according to the local standard and your customer's preferences. The selected unit applies throughout the entire planning process.
Property Image: Uploading the property's image is optional. However, it significantly enhances the visual appeal of your project's cover. Also, it helps keep your qbiqPlan visually organized.
Note (for Independent Project users only):
If needed, select Save Draft to pause and resume the process later. The project will be saved in the My Projects section of your qbiqPlan.
The progress bar on the left side of the screen displays the current step and highlights any incomplete mandatory fields in red. Once you complete the Property Info step, tap Next to proceed to the second stage, Space.
