Program Types

qbiq offers different planning options: Concept, Detailed, or Rendering Suite, so you can select the one that best fits your needs.

Updated over 3 months ago

Once you start and name a new Project, you’ll be directed to the program category screen, where you will choose your program type.

When creating a new project in qbiq, you’ll reach the Program Type Selection stage after creating a new project and naming it. This step allows you to choose how to approach your floor plan design and visualization, based on your specific requirements.

What is the difference between the program types?

1. Concept

  • Best For: Early-stage projects with general ideas or tenant requirements.

  • How It Works: Minimal input is needed; qbiq’s AI generates a layout you can customize.

  • Advantages: Quick setup and easy for visualizing ideas.

2. Detailed

  • Best For: Specific projects with defined requirements or multi-floor layouts.

  • How It Works: Customize amenities, dimensions, and layout placement.

  • Advantages: Full control over the design; supports multi-floor projects.

3. Rendering Suite

  • Best For: Generating a 3D video tour for pre-designed, furnished floor plans needing 3D visualizations.

  • How It Works: Upload your floor plan and skip the design phase to focus on rendering.

  • Advantages: Create visualizations for marketing from ready-made 2D floor plans.

Notes:

  • The Rendering Suite has fewer steps, as it skips the floor plan design phase.

  • In the Visualization step of the Wizard, you can either select a predefined theme or customize materials for your designs.

  • Multi-floor projects require the Detailed program for submission.
