How to Configure a Concept Program

Configuring the Concept program is mainly down to selecting the floor plan profile.

Floor Plan Profile:

The Floor Plan Profile lets you customize your layout based on your requirements.

1. Planning Style - Choose the overall structure of your layout:

  • Traditional: Closed offices for privacy, ideal for legal, accounting, and financial firms.

  • Modern: Open layouts for collaboration, which are common in tech and creative industries.

  • Co-Work: A mix of private offices and open spaces for hybrid needs.

2. Open Space Desk Type - Select the desk configuration for open spaces:

  • Workstations: L-shaped desks.

  • Benchings: Regular desk setups.

3. Open Space Desk Size - Choose desk dimensions out of these options:

  • 180X70

  • 160X70

  • 140X70

  • 120X60

Remember that larger desks offer more personal space but accommodate fewer people.

4. Seat Distribution - Use the slider or enter the value directly to adjust the exact ratio of closed offices to open spaces.

After generating the program, the system will display:

  1. Meeting Rooms (Blue Icon): Spaces for group and conference meetings.

  2. Collaboration Areas (Yellow Icon): Informal seating like lounges.

  3. Employee Seats (Purple Icon): Includes enclosed offices and open workstations.

  4. Support Areas (Orange Icon): Shared spaces like restrooms, pantries, IT rooms, etc.

Density: Shows the estimated personal space per individual.

Estimated Seat Count: Provides a calculated number of occupants for the space.
