Projects can be created for a pre-defined Space (Property Projects) or for a floor plan that is only uploaded as part of the project submission (Independent Projects):
Property Projects - There are 2 options to create a new project:
Go to the relevant property, open the relevant space, and click New Project.
Go to Projects, click New Project, and search for a Space to start from.
Independent Projects - Go to Projects, click New Project, and proceed without choosing a Space.
In the following steps, you’ll need to enter all the relevant information about your space and your specific programmatic and visualization requirements.
Note: Property Projects are only available as part of the Leasing Package.
