Frequently Asked Questions

Manager View & Usage Dashboard

What is the Qbiq Manager View Usage dashboard?

The Manager View Usage dashboard is a centralized interface for monitoring, tracking, and managing all Qbiq projects across your account. It provides real-time visibility into project progress, submission details, and usage metrics, enabling managers and admins to oversee operational activity efficiently. Note: The dashboard is best suited for teams managing multiple projects; individual users may find the project-level view more relevant.

What information can I track in the Usage dashboard?

You can track project status, submission and delivery progress, project views, redline activity, credit usage, team and user details, floor numbers, country, gross and net area calculations, program types, and the number of 3D views. The dashboard also allows filtering and customizing data to focus on specific metrics. Note: Some metrics, such as redline activity, require projects to be in revision status for visibility.

How do I access the Usage Manager View in Qbiq?

To access the Usage Manager View, log in to your Qbiq account, click the drop-down menu icon in the top-right corner of your qbiqPlan, select Admin, and then click Usage in the left-hand side toolbar. Note: Access may be restricted to admin users; contact your account manager if you do not see the Usage option.

What actions can I take in the Usage dashboard?

You can filter projects by team, user, or status, search for specific projects or users, customize table columns, select date ranges, and download the usage table as a CSV file for offline analysis. Note: Editing table columns only affects your view; it does not change data for other users.

What do the different project statuses mean in Qbiq?

Project statuses include Ready (finalized and deliverables received), ON HOLD (awaiting essential information), PROCESSING (submitted and being processed), DELETED (canceled and confirmed), and In Revision (redline project currently being processed).
