My Projects

Projects are showcased on your qbiq home page and encompass all your projects and their status.

Updated over a week ago

The Projects section features on your qbiq home page and serves as a central hub to manage all your ongoing and completed projects, whether they belong to a property or were created independently. Its convenient display allows you to track the status of each Project.

The search bar and the filter menus will help you easily find a specific project.

Tap the filter menu to navigate through different types of projects:

  • All Projects - will display all projects, regardless of their status (completed, in process, or draft).

  • Independent Projects - will display all independently created projects, that is all projects that do not belong to a property.

  • Property Projects - will display all property projects, omitting independent projects. You might also notice these projects for the blue rectangle displaying the Space they were created from.

  • Inactive Property Projects - will display all inactive property projects. These are projects that were created on a preset floor or space that has now been deleted. These projects will not display the blue rectangle of regular property projects, instead, you’ll notice a gray rectangle reading “Inactive”.

The sorting menu allows you to change the order of projects by either of the options:

  • Last created - the default option that orders the projects by the date they were initiated.

  • Alphabetically - orders each project by their initials.

Every Project can be in one of the following situations:

  • Draft - A project paused by the user. Drafts will not be processed until submitted.

  • Processing - A project submitted by the user and currently in qbiq's processing stage.

  • On-Hold - A project that stopped being processed by qbiq because it requires further actions by the user.

  • Ready - A finalized project. Once your Project reaches the Ready Status, you can view, download, or submit change requests. Click on the project to access these features:

    • Review the Summary.

    • Select “Edit” to view the project details.

    • Go to the “Redline” option to submit a revision.

    • Select “Downloads” to get your project’s files

    • Alternatively, you may hover over the “…” at the top right of your project card to access some of the previous options and the button to Duplicate the project.

  • In Revision - A completed project, where a redline is being processed by qbiq.
