When a project is On Hold, it means its processing progress has been suspended. At this stage, you will receive an email with the clarification requests. Once resolved, qbiq will start processing the project over again.
Note: If a project is placed On Hold, its processing time will be paused. After completing the requested clarifications, the 24-hour processing clock will be restarted.
What are the reasons for the On Hold Status?
Several situations can cause this status. Below are the most common reasons projects are placed On Hold:
Incomplete Rendering Suite submission: The project will be halted if you initially selected the Visualize Only feature but haven’t uploaded a fully furnished 2D-floor plan file in the Space Info step. You will receive an email advising you to either send a new floor plan or resubmit the project as a Concept or Detailed program.
Unclear Information:
Projects with unclear requests or comments will be suspended for further clarification.
Projects where the Partial area isn’t clearly marked or where the planning area is unclear will be placed on hold.
When multiple floor plan files or a single file with multiple floor plans is uploaded and it is not clear which one should be used for the project.
Unsupported Requests: In cases where projects or redlines are submitted with requests or files that the system does not support, they will be placed on hold until clarified. For example:
Any requests to plan a non-office space.
Files uploaded do not meet the system requirements.
The redline request does not follow our guidelines.
Uploading Corrupted or Wrong Files: The system might encounter a problem with uploaded files in these situations:
When the floor plan file is corrupted, missing X-refs, or not uploaded properly.
When the submitted floor plan’s quality is too low.
Floor Plan Area Configuration Issues: A project may be put on hold for further clarifications relating to the area and the design requests in these cases:
The selected program exceeds the floor plan area by more than 115%.
The program's area fills less than 75% of the Floor plan's space.
