When you log into qbiq.ai–entering your qbiq account–the first screen you’ll see is qbiqPlan: It is your central hub for navigating and managing your account. From here, you can configure your workspace, create and manage properties and projects, and oversee your overall platform usage.

Key Features of qbiqPlan
Navigation Panel (Left Menu Bar):
Workspaces: Navigate between your active workspaces or create new ones.
Properties: For Property Marketing users, manage and create properties.
Projects: Create and manage individual projects with ease.
Themes: Manage ongoing themes or create new ones to customize your layouts.
Admin Manager View (Dropdown Menu - Top Right):
Monitor platform usage and project status.
Assign users and set up team roles.
Create and manage workspaces for your team.
Note:
Independent Project users won’t see the Properties section, as it applies only to Property Marketing users.

Create a new property or a new project.
Manage your projects: For Independent users
Keep track of projects' status.
Hover over the “Processing” status to find the Estimated Delivery Time for each project, and learn the reason in case it has been delayed.
Revise completed projects with the redline feature.
Duplicate a past project or easily edit the report cover.
Access all materials, such as previous reports, program summaries, and CAD files.
Project Management (For Independent Users):
Create New Projects
Track Project Status: Monitor the progress of your ongoing projects.
Estimated Delivery Time: Hover over the Processing status to view the estimated delivery time or reasons for delays.
Redline: Revise Completed Projects with the Redline feature to request changes to completed designs.
Duplicate: Easily duplicate past projects or edit their report cover for updates.
Download: Access Materials and Download resources like previous reports, program summaries, and CAD files.
Property Management (For Property Marketing Users):
Create new property profiles to ensure consistent layouts across projects.
Account Settings: Access your account settings by clicking the icon in the top-right corner. Manage your settings with the following features:
Change Your Password - Secure your account by updating your password.
Contact Support -Reach out to qbiq's support team for assistance.
Upload logo - Personalize your account by uploading your company logo. This logo will appear on your screen and on the cover of all project reports for a professional touch.
Enter Manager View - Use this feature to manage teams, assign roles, track project progress, and create workspaces.
Log out: Easily log out of your qbiq account.
