To access Users:
Tap the drop-down menu icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Select Manager View.
Go to Users.
Important: Before establishing teams and registering users, qbiq requires you to be designated as a Super Manager. This will grant you the authority to oversee various roles within your qbiq system.
The Users administration displays:
Teams Table- The upper table chart represents the team management tool. It enables you to create teams, assign them to the relevant workspace, set up each team’s working units, and quickly view their total usage.
Insert the name of the team.
Assign it to the desired workspace. You can choose a specific program type or select all to keep flexibility for the team.
Choose the type of unit measurement SF (Square Feet) or SQM (Square meters) according to the custom measurement method the team uses, this will be the default measurement for that team while submitting new projects
Tap the + icon at the bottom left corner of the Teams table chart.
Users Table - This table is beneath the Teams table. The user management tool allows you to add and deactivate team managers and users to monitor usage and regulate permissions.
To invite a new user:
Fill in the custom fields: full name and email address.
You can assign the new user to a team, determine their role as a user or a team manager, and limit their access to view projects according to your needs.
Once you complete, tap the “Send Invite” button on the right.
To manage existing users:
You will notice a toggle on the left side of each user. This enables you to activate and deactivate their access to qbiq's system.
You may also change a user’s team, their role, and their visibility.
For your convenience, you can tap the XLS Download icon in order to export your users' chart to a spreadsheet file.
Note: Super Manager users are blocked on the Users table. This means you cannot deactivate them, or change their teams, roles, or visibility. If you require changing anything about a Super Manager user, please contact our support team.
