The Users Manager View is your central place to manage users: invite new ones, assign roles, configure profiles, and manage access.

The Admin Users Manager View is your central hub for managing everyone on your qbiq platform. From this view, you can:

  • Add new users to your organization’s qbiq account

  • Assign roles and set permissions

  • Deactivate users when needed

  • Monitor and manage all existing users across teams and workspaces

How to access the Admin Users Manager View:

  1. In your qbiqPlan, tap the drop-down menu icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  2. Select Admin.

  3. The Admin Users Manager view will open by default.

All user information is organized in a clear table within the User Management View:

  • Full Name – The user’s full name as entered during setup.

  • Email Address – The email address associated with the user’s account.

  • Role – The user’s assigned role: Admin, Team Manager, User, or Analyst.

  • Team – Shows the user’s assigned team. To change team assignments, use the Teams Management View.

  • Project Visibility – Indicates the user’s permission level for viewing company projects in qbiq.

  • Units Used – Displays the number of qbiq credits used by the individual user.

  • Status - Indicates one of three user states:

    1. Active - Marked by a green tag. The user is active and has access to qbiq.

    2. Pending - Marked by a blue tag. The user has been invited but hasn’t accepted yet.

    3. Deactivated - Marked by a gray tag. Indicates the user’s access has been suspended.

Last Active – Shows the most recent date the user logged in to qbiq.ai.

How to add a new user:

Important: Before registering users, qbiq requires you to be designated as an Admin. This will grant you the authority to oversee various roles within your qbiq system.

  1. Tap the Invite Users blue button on the right-hand side.

  2. This will open the user profile pop-up window.

  3. Fill in the custom fields:

    • Full name

    • Email address

    • Assign the desired Role: Admin, Team Manager, User, or Analyst.

    • Assign to Team: If you’ve already set up teams in the Admin Teams Manager View, you can assign the user to one or more of them.

  4. Click the Projects Visibility drop-down menu and select the level of access to projects you want to grant the user.

  5. Tap the Send Invite button on the right. The user will receive an email to confirm their account.

Note: After completing a user’s profile setup, you can assign them to specific teams and workspaces through the Teams Manager View.

Actions that can be performed on the main User Manager View

After adding a new user and completing their profile setup, you can take several actions directly from the Admin Users Manager View:

  • Search bar: Type to quickly find users.

  • Filter: Use the filter button to narrow down users by Team, Role, or Status.

  • Download the Users Table: Tap the Download CSV icon to export the full user table as a spreadsheet file for reporting or record-keeping.

  • Resend Invite: For pending (blue tag) users, you can resend their invitation to join qbiq:

  1. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) on the right side of the user’s row.

  2. Click on Resend Invite. An invitation email with a new access link will be sent instantly.

  • Edit User: For active (green tag), you can update their information or permissions:

  1. Find the user in the table.

  2. Tap the vertical ellipsis (⋮) on the right side of their row.

  3. Select Edit to open and update the user’s profile.

  • Deactivate a user: Deactivating a user immediately removes all their permissions on qbiq’s platform. This can be performed on active (green tag) users.
    However, deactivated users will remain visible in the Admin Users Manager View so you can continue tracking the projects they were involved in. You can easily reactivate their permissions to work on qbiq.ai’s platform and assign them to different workspaces and projects through the Teams Manager View.

How to deactivate a user:

  1. Tap the vertical ellipsis (⋮) next to the user’s status.

  2. Select Deactivate.

  3. Click the Confirm button to deactivate the user.

Note:

  • You can always reactivate a user that has been deactivated.

  • Admins cannot be edited, reassigned, or deactivated. Please contact our support team for any changes.

  • Deactivated users remain visible in the table and can be reactivated at any time.
