Frequently Asked Questions
Project Processing & Workflow
What does the 'Processing' status mean for my Qbiq project?
When your project is in the 'Processing' status, it means you have submitted the project and it is being finalized by Qbiq's system. This stage is indicated by a purple tag. The project is not yet complete and is awaiting delivery.
How long does it take for a project in 'Processing' status to be completed?
Projects in the 'Processing' stage are typically completed and delivered within 24 hours. However, if you upload a non-vectorial floor plan (such as a rasterized PDF or JPEG), extra processing time may be required. You can check the estimated delivery time by hovering over the status tag in your project dashboard. Note: Delays may occur for complex or non-standard file types.
What actions can I take while my project is processing?
While your project is in the Processing stage, you can click on the project’s card to view the Summary and Project Details. Using the Quick Actions “...” menu, you can visit the Project's Summary page or duplicate the project. Note: The Redline and Download features are not available until processing is complete.
How can I check the estimated delivery time for my processing project?
To find the estimated delivery time for each processing project, hover over the status tag in your project dashboard. This will display when the project is expected to be sent and, if applicable, the reason for any delay. Note: Estimated times are subject to change based on project complexity and file type.
Why are the Redline and Download features unavailable during processing?
The Redline and Download features are disabled until the project processing is complete. This ensures that you only access finalized outputs. Once processing is finished, these features become available for your project. Note: Attempting to access these features before completion will result in an error or unavailability message.
