How to manage existing Properties in qbiq 2.0: edit info, add or remove Floors, and seamlessly organize Spaces and Projects.

Updated over 3 months ago

The Properties section in qbiq 2.0 is a comprehensive hub for defining and organizing your spaces and floors, ensuring all related projects are conveniently grouped.

Here's how you can effectively manage your properties:

Property Info

Each property you create includes key details such as the property name, address, and a cover image. You can edit this information at any time and the report covers for all related projects will be automatically updated.

Floors

Floors represent the individual levels within your property. You can add or remove floors to reflect changes in your property structure. However, existing floors cannot be edited.

Note that floors can only be deleted by a Super Manager user. Their removal will also result in the deletion of all related Spaces, and all related projects will become inactive.

Spaces

Spaces are defined areas within your property that can range from individual floors to partial floors or even multiple floors combined. You can add and remove Spaces as needed. You can also edit their name and stated area.

Same as floors, Spaces can only be deleted by a Super Manager user and their removal will render inactive all related projects.

Creating and Managing Projects

Once your property, floors, and spaces are set up, you can begin creating projects. This streamlined process allows for efficient submissions.
