The Properties section simplifies the organization of all your projects. From this section, you can create a New Property and navigate through your existing Properties.
Each Property consists of the following elements:
Info: details like property name, address, image, etc.
Floors: these will be the floor plans and details that are part of your property. You can add as many floors as you need.
Spaces: they can be a mix of individual floors, partial floors, or multiple floors. Basically, they’re the different spaces you can offer to a tenant within the same property (e.g. 4 - entire floor, 4 - suite A, 4 - West, 4&5, etc.).
Once you have your Property, Floors, and Spaces set up, you can start creating Projects. You can create as many Projects as you need, but the floor setup is done only once, streamlining the submission process.
