Updated over 6 months ago

Submitting a Project on qbiq's platform is a streamlined self-service process, guiding you to submit all the necessary information in some simple steps.

There are 2 different types of projects on qbiq’s platform: Independent and Property.

To submit an Independent Project:

  1. Start by clicking on the +New Project button in the Projects section of your qbiq home page. Select the desired program type, and begin the submission process:

  2. Property Info and Space Info: Initial Information

In the first two steps, you will input essential preliminary information. In the first step, you will provide the property's information. The second step requires the specified floor's details, including a floor plan file.

  3. The following steps focus on the design and furnishing aspects. In the Program step, you'll craft the layout of the 2D floor plan. If you’re submitting a multi-floor project, you can arrange the program by floors in the stacking stage. Finally, the Visualize step is dedicated to designing the immersive Rendering Suite experience.

  4. Summary: Review and Submission

As the final step, you will have the opportunity to review your work before submitting the Project. This summary stage ensures that all provided information and choices meet your intentions.

To submit a Property Project:

Before getting started with a Property Project, you need to create a Property, set up the Floor(s) you’ll use, and determine a Space for planning. Once this is done, you can start the new project directly from the relevant Space, or you can start from the Projects section and search for the Space when naming the project.

After selecting your ideal program type, you will begin the submission process:

  1. Space Info: Initial Information

Most of the info will be preloaded in this step. However, you can still make relevant markings to the floor plan (eg. select which rooms to keep) and upload a furnished floor plan, if you’re submitting a Rendering Suite project.

  2. The following steps focus on the design and furnishing aspects. In the Program step, you'll craft the floor plan layout. If you’re submitting a multi-floor project, you can arrange the program by floors in the stacking stage. Finally, the Visualize step is dedicated to designing the immersive Rendering Suite experience.

  3. Summary: Review and Submission

In the final step, you will have the opportunity to review your work before submitting it. This summary stage ensures that all provided information and choices meet your intentions.
